Partial Closure Order GRANTED

Good Afternoon Residents,

On Wednesday 11th March, the Bispham Neighbourhood Policing Team, with help from partners at Blackpool Coastal Housing have secured a Partial Closure Order at an address on Munster Avenue. The order was granted under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. 

This was necessary because of the continued reports of crime and anti-social behaviour at the address, including drug activity and physical violence. The order prohibits anyone from entering the address, apart from the tenant, for a period of three months. Anyone found at the address can be arrested for breaching the order and could face a fine or imprisonment.
